Added config.playerPlantLimit setting, allowing you to adjust how many plants a player can plant at once.

For watering and fertilizing actions, you can now change the quantity of the required item and the percentage it will fill.
Added plantNeedItems setting. This allows you to add the necessary items for planting, such as plant boxes.
