Fixed issue with arm texture setting not being saved in wardrobes
Added config.refreshSkin.rate
- After using the refresh skin command, the time it takes to use it again
Added config.disableOnPlayerLoadedCreatingChar
- When this setting is false, when your character is loaded, if there is no skin data, it opens the character creation menu (make true if you are experiencing the problem of not teleporting to the apartment in some qb versions)
